You get access to all three at every tier. But you can lean into whichever vertical is your actual gap right now. Most founders start with Growth + AI and bring Media in once acquisition is firing. The point is you don't pay extra to access more — the system is integrated by design.
Apply anyway. On the discovery call we'll diagnose your current revenue stage, team capacity, and binding constraint. If Consultation is enough, we'll tell you. If DFY is overkill, we'll tell you that too. We turn down more applications than we accept — so you're not getting pushed into a tier.
Yes. About a third of our DWY clients started on Consultation, ran 90 days, and moved up when they had the team and the budget. The other direction works too — you can step down from DWY to Consultation if you want to internalize the work after we've built it.
90 days minimum on every tier. We don't take on short-term work because revenue infrastructure can't be built and proven in less. After 90 days, Consultation is month-to-month, DWY is quarterly, DFY is annual.
Three filters: (1) is the business real — paying customers, real product, founder still in the building. (2) Are you coachable — can you act on hard feedback without negotiating. (3) Is the math viable — does our engagement plausibly create more value than it costs. We say no to founders who'd be better off doing something other than what we sell.
We review the 90-day numbers, decide what's working, and either extend the engagement or close it out cleanly. About 80% of clients re-engage in a different form — usually moving up a tier or scoping a specific new build. The other 20% take what we built and run it themselves, which is also fine.
